SPRING BREAK 2002 Newsletter Archives

An Invitation from Royale Beach and Tennis Club

Greetings from all of us at Royale Beach and Tennis Club!

When it comes to spring break on South Padre Island, location is everything. If your heart's desire is to spend your spring break
in the center of all the action, look no further than Royale Beach
and Tennis Club.

Located beach front near the end of the Causeway, right next to
the Radisson, the Royale provides easy access to a variety of
restaurants, clubs and places to shop. Club Rio Beach at
Schlitterbahn - one of this year's hot spring break destinations -
is just a five minute walk away! The Radisson beach and all of its
spring break-related activities is even closer.

At Royale, we offer a wide variety of accommodations to fit your
requirements, including one and two bedroom condos, efficiencies,
standard doubles and a classy penthouse suite with private deck.
As our guest, you will have access to all of our amenities,
including three pools (one of which is heated), four Jacuzzi's
and four tennis courts. Party pool-side at Turk's Palapa Bar, or
grab a "Sammie-Burger" at the grill.

Read what some of last year's 'breakers had to say about Saida
Royale (these are unsolicited testimonials from the SPIonline.com
spring break forum):

"... to our surprise, our condo at the Saida was fully
furnished with dishes, pots, dishwasher, everything we needed to make a nice week. We just did our grocery shopping, and survived just fine. For those looking for nice places next year, I suggest the Saida Royale."

"I came down with a crew of 20 last spring break and stayed at the Saida Royale. It is totally nice. The rooms are very big
with very nice kitchens. Definately save money by bringing your own food. We had enough alcohol in our room to kill a small country so the partying is awesome. And it is close to the hottest spot on the beach in front of the Radisson. It's an
awesome condo."

Some things to keep in mind:
* Parking is very limited. especially during "Texas Week." The new
security booth at the Saida entrance is manned 24 hours a day and
cars not belonging to registered guests will not be allowed in the
gate.
* Some periods are subject to minimum stay requirements.
* Every registered guest will be required to purchase a $25
wristband for access privileges.

Please stop by our web-site at www.royalespi.com or phone our
reservation office at 956-761-1166 for rates and availability.
But don't wait too long... rooms are booking up fast!

Happy Spring Break '02!
